As Co-Founder of the English Language Standards Advisory Authority (ELSAA), Sandy works at the intersection of assessment integrity, compliance, and employability, ensuring that language standards are not only robust, but meaningfully aligned with academic success and long-term graduate outcomes.
She previously served as Executive Director at ETS International UK, where she led global strategy and institutional partnerships, strengthening trust in English language testing across diverse markets and aligning assessments with national and international frameworks.
